Where did the last 9 Months go?

Ok, its been 9 months since addison was born. That was a blink of an eye. I also realized its been a month since I posted last because I was telling you how Addison was 8 months old.

Yesterday was her 9 month appointment. We were glad there weren't any shots but she had to have blood drawn to check iron. I was a little bummed because she wasn't as chubby as Zachery was at that age so she had to have it taken from her arm, not her finger. Well, this little girl sat there and watched the nurse stick the butterfly needle in her arm and take two little tubes of blood. She fussed more when I went to put her clothes on then when she had blood taken! Thats my girl!
Addison is 17lbs and 27 1/4 inches! Just a perfect little peanut! VERY much different then Zachery was at 9 months. I will do a side by side picture.
Those two absolutely love each other! Zachery wakes up and so sweetly says hi to her and when she wakes up from a nap Zachery very quickly and loudly tells me "Baby Awake"
Zachey is on his 4th week of swim lessons and asks if were going to the pool every day! He has a great swim teacher who is VERY patient. He said that Zachery makes him believe in teaching 2 year olds again. Thats a huge compliment to us. Today all he wanted to do was float on his back. The great part about California is the weather could stay nice until November so we will do them once a week for a while.
A few of Zachery's things are baseball still of course, legos, Veggie Tales, and dancing. He could sit for a few hours and just build legos. He loves when Addison takes a nap because he gets to play with the little legos. He has quickly learned the opening song to Veggie Tales and loves to try and sing along. Now, let me tell you about this boy and dancing. His favorite song is "Dynamite" by Tao Cruz. He will dance for ANYONE! Usually the first time he meets someone he asks me for my phone so he can put his song on and dance for them. Instantly everyone recognized his NJ Fist pump, I guess its in the blood!

Addison loves to play with her brothers toys. She has her own little pink toys of course but she just wants what her brother has. Addisons new thing is to wave and say dada at the same time. We always say "Say Hi dada" So she does! She has mama dada and baba (which we think is baby and/or bubbles) she repeats anytime we say a B word. Addison got to swim in the pool today and just loves it. She loves to lay on her back and splash.
We started her on finger foods today as well. She couldn't get those baby puffs in her mouth quick enough. I could go on and on about her! She makes us laugh every day.
I will do my best to not let an entire month go by before I post again!
Enjoy some new pictures!
